TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE “5% OFF PRINTED BALLOONS” PROMOTION

§ 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. These terms and conditions set forth the rules and conditions of the promotional campaign titled “5% Off Printed Balloons” (hereinafter: “Promotion”).

2. The Organizer of the Promotion is Everts-Pol Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, with its registered office in Warsaw (02-288), ul. Kolumba 21, entered in the National Court Register (KRS) by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division, under KRS number 0000099441 (hereinafter: “Organizer”).

3. The Promotion applies exclusively to orders placed electronically via email to:

office.bis@everts-pol.pl and office.3@everts-pol.pl.

§ 2. PROMOTION PERIOD

The promotion is valid during the following period:

• Start: March 23, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.

• End: April 30, 2026, at 5:00 p.m.

§ 3. SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION

1. Only the following products (hereinafter: “Promotional Products”) are included in the promotion:

   • Printed balloons: EV 16, EV 23, EV 27, EV 30

   • Metallic printed balloons: EV 23, MET. EV 27, MET. EV 30

2. The discount is 5% of the net price of the Promotional Products.

3. Combining promotions: This Promotion may be combined with other promotions and the Organizer’s regular discounts. Discounts are cumulative.

§ 4. TERMS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION (B2B CUSTOMERS)

1. The promotion is intended exclusively for business entities (companies) with an active tax identification number (VAT).

2. The discount does not apply to individual customers (consumers).

3. The discount does not cover additional costs, preparation costs, balloon accessories, packaging costs, etc.

4. The discount will be applied provided that the order is placed and fully finalized by 5:00 PM on April 30, 2026.

5. “Order completion” means the simultaneous fulfillment of the following three conditions:

• Submission of the order to the email address: office.bis@everts-pol.pl or office.3@everts-pol.pl along with the company’s billing information for the VAT invoice.

• Written approval of the print preview by the Customer.

• Submission of proof of payment to the Organizer’s account.

6. The discount will be applied by the Organizer on the issued pro forma invoice.

7. Participants may enter the Promotion multiple times during its duration.

8. The Organizer reserves the right to limit the quantity of products available during the Promotion. The Organizer is not liable for products selling out during the Promotion.

§ 5. PRIVACY POLICY AND COMPLAINTS

1. The privacy policy and complaints policy are described in the main “Terms and Conditions” and the “Privacy Policy” document available on the Organizer’s website and apply to this Promotional Campaign.

§ 6. ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS

1. The Organizer reserves the right to modify the terms of the Promotion during its duration, including: changing the discount amount, removing specific products from the website, and shortening the duration of the Promotion.

2. In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code, the Consumer Rights Act (to the extent applicable to entrepreneurs acting as consumers), and other generally applicable laws shall apply.
